Project Description - New Construction of a Seawall, Selective Demolition of Existing Seawall, Site Demolition of existing buildings. Tree Removal, Clearing and Grubbing. Temporary water and electric to support construction, new construction of a 54 Story tower with 632 dwelling units, and an adjacent 8 story podium parking garage with 9th level amenity deck onsite and offsite civil improvements, two (2) outparcel retail buildings, new construction of riverwalk and associated hardscape and landscapes.
Completion Date : 3rd quarter of 2025
