Project Description: This project consists of a 4 story 41,766 SF historic renovation of the Carlton Hotel originally built in the 1930’s. Project includes ground floor restaurant / café, 68 hotel rooms, 4th floor common area space with lap pool, new courtyard with theatrical lighting / rigging provisions for future public performances.Completion Date: December 2016
