Capri consists of three boutique-style condo buildings on 500 feet of water front - two buildings are new and one is a renovation.
The largest undertaking of Capri was the completion of the 112 space underground parking garage, which directly abuts Biscayne Bay - a first for Miami Beach.

Water is held back with a 9-foot thick structural slab and 15,000 square yards of poured concrete foundation.
